Total project management from conception to completion, Sylvan can deliver all that is required. Providing bespoke furniture designs, colour schemes, wallpapers and fabrics, worksurfaces, textures, plumbing and electrical works, plastering and so on.
From our initial meeting to discuss your project, your ideas and requirements we will produce a quote with designs. Further meetings will then take place to finalise designs and finishes where we will produce samples and images to aid in the decision process.
On acceptance of quote and design, deposits will be taken to start production of the furniture. During production of furniture and as works are carried out on site stage payments will be taken as required and agreed with the client. Depending on the nature of the project Sylvan will manage the services required, room preparation, decoration etc all to coincide with the delivery of the furniture for installation. Only once the project has been completed to satisfaction will Sylvan take the final balance payment.

Whether it’s built-in or free-standing, your furniture is a vital component of your overall home design and needs to be functional yet beautiful. We have deades of experience in cabinetry, tables, kitchen units and bathroom furniture.

Flooring, panelling and furniture – it all needs to work in harmony to create the space that you will love spending time in. Our bespoke design and building service will span all the trades to ensure every detail is just so.
Bespoke Exteriors
Landscaping, paving, water features and boundaries, your exterior should be as carefully built as your interior rooms to maximise your property and ensure that time spent outside is as comfortable and luxurious as it is inside.
We used a cabinet maker called Steve Biggs to fit a kitchen in our old house a few years ago. He was recommended by a large, prestigious kitchen manufacturer. We have never experienced quality of workmanship like it, or the attention to detail he pays. His work is consistently first class and we are always absolutely delighted with the quality and the finish. We then asked him to do the family bathroom, our en-suite and another toilet, all of which were done beautifully. His final job for us there was to completely rebuild a 4 floor staircase that had been riddled with woodworm. All of this had to be undertaken with particular sympathy to the fact that the house was a Grade 11 listed building.
Since we moved in to a much larger Edwardian property, Steve has built our library shelving, laid parquet floors on every landing, rebuilt the units in the Butler’s Pantry, refurbished 4 bathrooms, 2 toilets and designed and built some stunning wardrobes on our main landing. Everything has been built, assembled, and hand painted by him. The quality of his workmanship is exceptional. He is extremely reasonably priced and takes tremendous pride in everything he creates. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his services.
